Must have Electrical, Construction or Engineering Qualification.
New Qualified in Trade

Maintenance Handyman :
• Conducting routine inspections of premises and equipment
• Managing all general maintenance / recycling / handyman duties
• Performing preventative maintenance
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance
• Overseeing contractors when professional repairs are necessary
• Participates in general cleaning, painting and repair work
• Clean storerooms and managing maintenance stock
• Ensuring all stock is replenished timeously
• Detect and report the need for major maintenance repairs
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
• Quick responses to Help desk calls and resolution thereof
• Aircon management
• Basic Plumbing
• Basic Electrical
• Auxiliary power management (Generators / UPS)
• Escorting of service providers
• Adhere to all EHS policies / procedures (including service providers EHS management)
• Implementing all relocation / movement of staff (Furniture / desks etc)
• Ensuring all elec / data points are live and managing the repair if needed
• Distribution of copy paper to department
