VACANCY: CLIENT SITE ESTABLISHMENT – SECUNDA
REFERENCE: 2024/035
DUTIES:
• Perform several daily cleaning duties which include – sweeping, mopping and vacuuming of floors, dusting furniture and equipment, emptying bins, tidying office space (cupboards, countertops and other appliances), bathroom facilities and kitchens.
Cleaning glass windows/panels, walls and doors.
• Perform any other related duties assigned from time to time.
Delivery and collect mail and documents.
• Prepare and serve refreshments when required for meetings.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
Must have an eye for details.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Ability to understand and follow simple written and oral directions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Grade 12.
• Previous experience in a similar position in an office environment is essential.
• Ability to use appropriate initiative as may be required in a given situation.
Basic management skills.
• Honest and trustworthy.
