Role Outline

To perform duties in line with agreed performance standards and contribute to the ongoing improvement of administrative processes. To manage, control, and assess all stock returned to the company in accordance with operational policies and procedures. To ensure all documentation is collected, collated, and accurately presented in line with company standards, supporting the efficient and customer-focused delivery of goods.

Key Tasks

•Creating STO’s for TSP returns from the various TSP depots.
•Managing and coordinating the inflow and outflow of stock into the GRA area.
•Checking of good stock from GRA and rework’s that goes back to warehouse.
•Make sure that housekeeping is done daily.
•Assist with the training of stock control assistants as and when necessary.
•Inventory stock balance.
•To contribute to a productive working environment.
•To work within any operating area as determined by Management and the needs of the Business.
•De stacking, labelling, sorting products and taking out damages.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:
•Matric.

Experience:
•1 – 3 years in warehouse/logistics/inventory administration.
