Profile

• South African citizen;
• Preference will be given to black (As defined in the BEE Act) candidates;
• Male and Female, however preference will be given to black female candidates;
• Meets the Shell Anti Bribery and Corruption and Integrity Due Diligent compliance requirements and verification;
• Must bring a personal contribution towards the purchase of the business of atleast R500 000

Entrepreneur

• Must have practical business experience – corporate at SENIOR Management Level or running a business of atleast 5 years; Business with over R1 million rand annual revenue
• Entrepreneurial/Innovative/Attention to detail and willingness to work long hours;
• Critical understanding of retail economics and the petroleum industry/financially literate;
• Passion for customers, energising teams to deliver in a high pressure and issues driven environment;
• Leadership
• Disciplined and committed – has business operating principles and use them to deliver results consistently.
